Each year, Global Career Center (GCC) joins a range of conversations, conferences, and community at the intersection of international education and global employability (more on this in an upcoming newsletter). This month’s blog highlights each of the conferences GCC is attending throughout the first half of 2025.

GCC's Chris McKenzie and Kate Moore, Ed.D. recently attended the annual Community Colleges for International Development (CCID) Conference in Washington, D.C. Both participated in an exploratory advisory board workshop, presented posters, took part in conference presentations, and met with current and potential future partners. Their poster topics focused on sharing successful practices for online internships and connecting international students with employability. The GCC team looks forward to keeping the momentum going and having more conversations at the following conferences this year.
